As the Managing Director of Envisage Solutions, Scott has demonstrated a strong track record of driving business growth, fostering client relationships and leading a high-performing team to deliver exceptional results. Scott has a keen eye for innovation and an unwavering commitment to quality, he has led the company to expand and capitalise on emerging market opportunities.

Ryan is responsible for the daily coordination of all site-based activities. He plays a very important role in the success of Envisage and ensures that our installations are not only carried out to the highest standard but also to a safe and timely manner. He is responsible for analysing existing processes and workflows, identifying areas for improvement in efficiency. He ensures that resources are used efficiently, and processes are optimised to achieve both short term and long-term goals.

Nathan is responsible for running our maintenance and small works company “Envisage Maintenance”. This role includes tendering, securing and delivering all projects through our maintenance team. He is responsible for the daily activities of both the site and design teams working on all projects that come under Maintenance’s remit.

Michael’s position is to ensure that from winning a contract, to commencing on site, our operatives are presented with a workable & safe design. Throughout the design process, Michael ensures that not only is the performance criteria and specification met but programme and risks are managed throughout.

Simon’s role is very critical to both the operational & commercial success of Envisage. Simon has complete budget control and ensures that there are efficient budgets in place for the labour, materials and plant on any given scheme. Simon is our supply chain’s point of contact and is tasked with continuously analysing and improving this where he can.

Liam plays an important role in project delivery. From commencing the design to handing over the scheme, Liam is involved throughout. Liam is the client’s point of contact throughout the journey of any contract and is involved in key decision making to ensure that the projects are completed with zero defects, on time and on budget.

In Simon’s role as Project Manager, he takes full responsibility for a project from start to finish. Simon has responsibility for both operational and commercial decision making to ensure that the project is a success. On a project that Simon is managing, he is the link between all departments to ensure efficiency throughout.

Damian’s core responsibility is to ensure the daily coordination between our operatives and the wider site team. He ensures that our operatives are working to programme and in a safe & timely manner daily. He is responsible for keeping our client updated on a weekly basis and managing change & risk.
