Operations Manager
Ryan is responsible for the daily coordination of all site-based activities. He plays a very important role in the success of Envisage and ensures that our installations are not only carried out to the highest standard but also to a safe and timely manner. He is responsible for analysing existing processes and workflows, identifying areas for improvement in efficiency. He ensures that resources are used efficiently, and processes are optimised to achieve both short term and long-term goals.
Nathan Austin
Operations Manager for Maintenance
Nathan is responsible for running our maintenance and small works company “Envisage Maintenance”. This role includes tendering, securing and delivering all projects through our maintenance team. He is responsible for the daily activities of both the site and design teams working on all projects that come under Maintenance’s remit.
Simon Donovan

Simon’s role is very critical to both the operational & commercial success of Envisage. Simon has complete budget control and ensures that there are efficient budgets in place for the labour, materials and plant on any given scheme. Simon is our supply chain’s point of contact and is tasked with continuously analysing and improving this where he can.
Liam Hughes
Contracts Manager
Liam plays an important role in project delivery. From commencing the design to handing over the scheme, Liam is involved throughout. Liam is the client’s point of contact throughout the journey of any contract and is involved in key decision making to ensure that the projects are completed with zero defects, on time and on budget.
Thomas Tucker
Senior Quantity Surveyor
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, Thomas oversees cost management and financial planning for projects, ensuring value for money while maintaining high-quality standards. With expertise in budgeting, procurement, and contract administration, he works closely with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget. Their role involves managing project risks, analysing costs, and providing strategic advice to support successful project outcomes.
Gabriel Ichim
Project Manager
In Gabriel’s role as Project Manager, he takes full responsibility for a project from start to finish. Simon has responsibility for both operational and commercial decision making to ensure that the project is a success. On a project that Simon is managing, he is the link between all departments to ensure efficiency throughout.
